Visited this amazing hotel in August. Sadly, due to Covid 19, the spa and swimming pool were closed. But, the health and safety in the hotel was excellent. Safety measures were in place and obvious, but not so much so that they were 'in your face'. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; the restaurant staff were friendly and the hygiene in the restaurant was second to none. All tables were shown to be clean with a sign, which was removed when we sat down. The range of breakfast food was excellent. Cooked items, cold meats, salad, fruit, cereals, breads and croissants etc. There was a range of coffees and teas as well as fruit juice that was very tasty. The location is perfect for trams and buses in to the centre of Budapest, up to the castle and for the metro. Bars and restaurants very close by serving real Hungarian food and beers. Travel to the centre of town takes about 10 minutes on the tram; the market is one tram stop away. The interior of the hotel is fascinating. Stained glass windows are on the stairs; there are pictures of the hotel as it was when first opened and the original lift is still in situ.
The 30 rooms and suites feature fireplaces, steam showers, soaking tubs, custom-blended bath products and ultra-high-thread-count Frette linens. The new ethereal Spa House, which shares the 58-acre property with the inn, offers treatments, classes and seminars to soothe, strengthen and stimulate. But the pampering begins even before arrival: The reservation process includes a consultation with a spa adviser, consisting of a discussion about the guest's goals and intentions for the stay, and a scheduling of activities to fulfill them. Guests can pack lightly, as warm-ups, robes, slippers and outdoor gear such as rain jackets and boots are provided -- as are heart-rate monitors, pedometers and MP3 players with personalized music selections, based on information gleaned from the consultation. Body, Mind and Spirit The spa offers a variety of wraps, scrubs, massages and focused treatments such as facials for hands, feet or scalp, or intensive eye or lip treatments. Among the most unusual offerings are 90-minute "rituals, " which combine washes, exfoliations, cool mists and warm oil massages.

Does your house tell a story about living in the past? For example, old trophies and awards, outdated furniture, and college memorabilia are items that many of us tend to have. Update these items with current awards or items that tell your current story. Furniture can be a popular item to pass down. If you don't love it or if it reminds you of sad times, it will raise the energy of the home to donate it. If you don't have updated items, simply remove them to make room for the new! Remembering the past is important, but holding onto the past can stunt your growth. 4. Expired Products. Everything from condiments and skin care to medicine has an expiration date. Take a look at the "use by" dates on the shelves in your fridge and medicine cabinets—you might be surprised at what you can get rid of. I was embarrassed to find medicine and vinegar products that expired more than two years ago, and I also found skincare products that I needed to use within the next few months! In this case, not only are you creating more room, but you are also eliminating the future frustration of going to use something only to find out that you can't.
